1. Having ZoIPer softphone is not enough to make a call. You will have to connect ZoIPer to a VoIP PBX or at least you will need to have an account with one of the many Voice Service Providers around the world.

3. Please mind that the Zoiper BIZ license is per-seat, not per-user. Attractel NV gives you the opportunity to reset/reuse your BIZ license up to three times. You can find the instructions for successful resetting of Zoiper certificates on the Zoiper support page.
4. To take utmost advantage of all Zoiper features, please download the manual.

1. Choose the OS you are willing to order you license for. Zoiper is available for:
Windows, linux, and mac osx.
2. Review the license discounts available in the pricing table above.
Please note: To order quantities exceeding 130 licenses, to get information for promotional offers and OEM promotional packs, please contact us.
3. Click the payment method of your choice.
Fill the required information in the fields.
Please make sure you typed your e-mail address correctly. Please do not use other then Latin letters, please type your e-mail with lower case characters.
Please also check you mail-client spam-filter settings for eventual incorrect block of Attractel’s e-mails. To ensure that Attractel’s e-mails do not get in your spam folders, please add our e-mail addresses in the “safe list” or mark them as “not junk”. You might eventually have to contact your ISP.
Right after you place your order you will receive your order confirmation and registration key by e-mail. You will also constantly receive updates for the version you have ordered.
To request guidance through the payment process, to report problems with your payment, or to request new license key please do not hesitate to contact us.
Troubleshoot
If you experience problems making your purchase, please review the following possible issues:
• your bank account is empty
• you have exceeded your daily bank account limit
in the cases above please contact your bank
• you are ordering more then 130 licenses in the same day
